# OnCompliance

> AI-first compliance software for Company Secretary (CS) and Chartered Accountant (CA) firms in India, covering Companies Act 2013 / MCA (ROC) statutory compliance: every client deadline found and priced in rupees, MCA eforms filled by AI with sources shown, maker-checker sign-off between associate, manager and partner, and a client portal for documents and e-sign.

## What the product does

- Paste client CINs; every statutory deadline for every client is found and dated.
- Each delay is priced in rupees before it costs anything — the AOC-4 and MGT-7 family accrue Rs 100 a day from the due date with no upper limit.
- eForms are filled by AI with every value showing its source; a human affixes the DSC and submits on the MCA V3 portal.
- Maker-checker sign-off between associate, manager and partner, with a full audit trail.
- ROC/MCA today; GST, TDS, PF, PT and ESI run on the same engine next.
