# MCA SRN status: Pending User Clarification (PUCL)

**What it means.** The examiner wants a supplementary document or a clarification. The form itself is not defective.

**What to do.** File a Form GNL-4 addendum referencing the parent SRN.

**Deadline.** 15 days from the date the SRN was flagged PUCL.

**Is the filing still alive?** Yes, but it needs action from you.

PUCL is not a resubmission. The original form stands; GNL-4 attaches to it.
