# MCA SRN status: Required Resubmission

**What it means.** The examiner found defects in the filing: a missing attachment, figures that do not agree, or a signature that is absent or invalid.

**What to do.** Correct the form, have every signatory re-sign it with their DSC, and resubmit against the same SRN.

**Deadline.** The date stated in the notice email, commonly around 15 days. It is not a fixed statutory period.

**Is the filing still alive?** Yes, but it needs action from you.

Resubmit against the original SRN. Filing a fresh form instead means paying the fee twice.
