Statutory compliance, run like software.
OnCompliance is MCA/ROC compliance software for Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant firms in India. Paste your client CINs and every obligation under the Companies Act 2013 is found, dated and priced in rupees before it costs anything — then filled, reviewed and signed off by your own team.
What we build
A compliance practice runs on dates and paperwork, and both are kept in spreadsheets that nobody trusts by the third client. OnCompliance replaces that with one workspace per company: the statutory calendar, the registers, the corporate actions, the documents and the filings, each carrying the section of the Act it comes from. MCA eForms are prepared by AI with every value showing its source, and a human affixes the DSC and submits on the V3 portal. Maker-checker sign-off sits between the associate who prepares and the partner who signs, and every change leaves an audit trail.
ROC compliance is what runs today. GST, TDS, PF, PT and ESI ride the same engine next.
What we deliberately do not do
Nothing files itself. There is no gateway into the MCA portal here and no live portal API. OnCompliance prepares the filing; a person with a Class 3 DSC submits it. We do not give legal advice, and we do not take a position on a specific company’s facts — the reference library quotes the Act rather than summarising it, for the same reason. Everything on this site assumes an Indian company under the Companies Act 2013, an April–March financial year, and rupees.
The free reference library
Alongside the product we publish 74 procedure guides, 60 Companies Act sections quoted in full, 5 MCA eForm hubs, an explainer for every MCA SRN status, 5 free tools — open, unmetered, and written with practising company secretaries. Section text is quoted verbatim from the bare Act; portal status strings were confirmed against the live MCA V3 portal. Start at the guides, the Act, section by section, or the MCA forms.
The company behind it
How client data is handled is set out on security & your data and in the privacy policy; the commercial terms are in the terms of service.
See it on your own clients.
Paste the CINs you already manage and watch the calendar fill itself in.
