Common questions

What is the normal fee for filing an MCA form?

For companies with share capital the fee runs on authorised-capital slabs, from ₹200 for capital under ₹1 lakh to ₹600 for ₹1 crore and above, per form. Companies without share capital pay the base fee.

How does the additional fee work when a form is late?

Event-based forms multiply the normal fee by a delay slab: twice the fee up to 30 days late, rising to twelve times beyond 180 days.

Do AOC-4 and MGT-7 follow these multipliers?

No. The annual filing family accrues ₹100 a day per form with no multiplier and no upper limit — the late fee calculator prices those.

Is the fee per form or per filing?

Per form. A late event with two forms attached pays the multiplier on each.
